Must be after or equal to Facility (CRDS)-owner/manager start date.
Must be after or equal to Facility-geographic area/health service cluster start date.
Must be before or equal to Facility (CRDS)-date geographic area/health service cluster and owner/manager assigned to.
Collection Methods
Corporate Reference Data System (CRDS) Facility data set:
Geographic area/health service cluster is termed 'subunit' and owner/manager is termed 'provider'.
Because of the lack of accurate information about historical dates, many dates for events that occurred long ago are unknown. Unknown start dates default to 01/01/1900 which is easily recognisable as an artificial date.
