Must be after the date of last menstrual period.
Must be after the mother's date of birth.
Must equal to the date of birth of the baby (or first baby of a multiple birth).
Collection Methods 
Corresponds to the date of birth of the baby (or the first baby in multiple births).

Those submitting paper forms must enter the day, month and year of the date of delivery using all boxes, e.g. 1 November 2016 should be entered as: 01112016.

For those using Perinatal Online (PNO), must enter the year, the month and the day of delivery, e.g. 1 November 2016 should be entered as 20161101.
