Queensland Perinatal Data Collection (QPDC):
Age at death must be 28 days or less.

Note that the date and time of death for a stillborn baby is the same as the date and time of birth.

Perinatal death information is obtained from the Medical Certificate of Cause of Perinatal Death (Form T) from the Registrar General.
