In a telehealth session the participant sites are involved in the provision of health service to a client. However, telehealth participation role is the role that each site plays in relation to each other in a telehealth session. That is, the distinction between which site/s is/are providing the consultation and which site is receiving the consultation. Usually, the site in the recipient role is the site where the client is present.

Code 1: Provider

Code 2: Recipient
