Collection and Usage Attributes
Code 1 Property Location Service Plus-public version (PLSPlus-Public)
This is a free address validation service provided by the Queensland Department of Natural Resources, Mines and Energy (DNRME) and utilised by Statistical Services Branch (SSB). For addresses with geocoding results of 100% accuracy (confidence=100), the PLSPlus-Public is used as the source without further verification. Results with low confidence (confidence <100) are compared with results from Google Maps and where there is a minimal difference (less than or equal to 0.00001 decimal degrees) between the results, the PLSPlus-Public is used as the source.

Code 2 Google Maps
The facility's coordinates are verified through Google Maps functionality. Geocoding results returned by PLSPlus-Public with low confidence are compared with results from Google Maps. Where there is a difference of more than 0.00001 decimal degrees between the geocoding returned by PLSPlus-Public and by Google maps, Google Maps is used as the source.

Code 3 Department of Health
For Queensland Health facilities in remote areas, the geocoding may not be available or accurate on Google Maps. For these facilities, the coordinates provided by Department of Health (DoH) is used as the source.
Corporate Reference Data System (CRDS) Facility Data Set:
Must not be null if Facility (address)-geocode latitude and Facility (address)-geocode longitude is not blank.
Corporate Reference Data System (CRDS) Facility Data Set:
Attribute type is GEOSRC (Geocode data source). Geocoding is being progressively actioned and at this point in time is completed for hospitals, public community health facilities, public residential aged care services, primary health centres that were previously declared hospitals, and public young disabled residential care service facilities.
