Collection and Usage Attributes
Any changes in a patient's classification (that is, eligible public, eligible private, eligible compensable and ineligible) that occurred within an episode must be reported. For example, when a patient is reclassifed from an eligible private patient to an eligible compensable patient, a class change from eligible private to eligible compensable must be reported.

A class change from is always reported with a class change to. If there is more than one class change for a patient within any given day, report only the last change that occurs on that day.
