CMP, EXP, MEM, PRS or SOC, with a total (COG).
For Motor scale:
BDR, BTH, BWL, DRL, DRU, EAT, GRM, LST, LWW, TBC, TBS, TLT or TTL, with a total (MOT).
Hospital service-care type (QHAPDC) must be code 09 Geriatric Evaluation and Management, 10 Psychogeriatric care, 11 Maintenance care, 20 Rehabilitation care or 30 Palliative care.
Where Hospital service-care type (QHAPDC) is code 10 Psychogeriatric care and Episode of admitted patient care-clinical assessment tool used (QHAPDC) is code HON Health of the Nation Outcome Scale 65+ (HoNOS 65+): must be code ADL, BEH, CGP, DDU, DPS, HAD, LVC, NAS, OMB, PID, SSR or WLQ, with a total (TOT).
Where Hospital service-care type (QHAPDC) is code 11 Maintenance care or code 30 Palliative care and Episode of admitted patient care-clinical assessment tool used (QHAPDC) is code RUG Resource Utilisation Groups - Activities of Daily Living (RUG - ADL): must be code TOT.
