The  Build a New Health Facility Data Supply Requirement (DSR) provides details of how a private health facility can build a new health facility.

To give private health facilities a better understanding of the information that is required to be provided to the Department of Health (DoH) when applying to build a new health facility.

There is a two-step process for approvals to build new facilities.
1.	Approval to build
2.	Licence to operate
