Pneumococcal data is part of a microbiology data set of pathogens and viruses used to diagnose, detect, identify and characterise infectious bacterial agents and environmental hazards, which may threaten public health. The data is included in the Pneumococcal State Reference laboratory.
All age groups in Queensland. Covers sterile and non-sterile site isolations.
