A directory of health and community services and a key electronic resource for use within the 13 HEALTH service, via the Queensland Health intranet site (QHEPS) and by the general public via the QFinder website.
Health and community services from the public, private and non-government sectors in Queensland. Some examples include emergency departments, medical practices, disability services, oral health services, pharmacies, mental health services, child and youth health, immunisation services, counselling and family welfare, alcohol tobacco and other drugs services, podiatrists, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander services, accommodation, community transport, women's health, hospital services, cancer screening services, radiology, pathology and healthy lifestyles.

- whether the building, parking and toilets are accessible to those with mobility or sensory issues
- whether appointments and practitioner referrals are necessary
