A directory of health and community services and a key electronic resource for use within the 13 HEALTH service, via the Queensland Health intranet site (QHEPS) and by the general public via the QFinder website.
Health and community services from the public, private and non-government sectors in Queensland. Some examples include emergency departments, medical practices, disability services, oral health services, pharmacies, mental health services, child and youth health, immunisation services, counselling and family welfare, alcohol tobacco and other drugs services, podiatrists, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander services, accommodation, community transport, women's health, hospital services, cancer screening services, radiology, pathology and healthy lifestyles.

Access currently limited to Queensland Health staff, and Smart Service Queensland staff (Department of Housing and Public Works). Record owners are able to self-manage records to update/amend details as required (password protected).

Services may be searched in a particular postcode range, a town or suburb, and if necessary a search may be refined to include extra features such as an extended hours service or a practice which has a female practitioner available.

QFinder will find the closest location for the service required and provide the user with detailed information about:
- where the service is (with mapping included)
- contact details of the service
- what times the service can be accessed
- whether the building, parking and toilets are accessible to those with mobility or sensory issues
- whether appointments and practitioner referrals are necessary
- if there are language interpretation services available
- if there are eligibility criteria to access the service
- if the service is free or there are fees or charges.
