Collection and Usage Attributes
A Telehealth session ends when a successful connection via video conference systems is disconnected between participating sites.

A successful connection between videoconference systems is when real-time audio and visual information is transmitted and received by videoconference systems involved in a Telehealth session and interactive real-time activity commences.

In cases of unplanned disconnection and successful reconnection between videoconference systems, a Telehealth session is considered to be continuous.
Must be after the Telehealth session start date/time.
Must be a valid date.
Hospital Based Corporate Information System (HBCIS):
The Telehealth session end date/time must be after the admission date/time of an admitted patient episode of care and on or before the separation/discharge date/time of an admitted patient episode of care. In the Telehealth Inpatient Details HBCIS screen the start date is in DDMMMYY format.
All admitted patient Telehealth activity is recorded by the Queensland Health facility where the patient is admitted.
