This data element is provided under the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards EQuIP accreditation status in the MTHACFR11 form.
Comments
Required to identify the quality accreditation/certification standard met by the providers of services. Although Queensland provides this data to the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare, it is not part of the Public Hospital Establishments National Minimum Data Set.
