Must be blank when Non-admitted patient service event-Commonwealth exemption type is code 1 (COAG S19(2) Exemptions Initiative) or code 2 (Rural & Remote Medical Benefits Scheme (RRMBS) exemption).
Service events will not be funded by the Commonwealth if the service, or any part of the service, is funded through any of the Commonwealth benefit programs (MBS, the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme and Private Health Insurance Rebate) or any other Commonwealth program. However, applicable service events can be still counted, costed and reported as activity.
