Collection and Usage Attributes
Must not be before the start date of the SNAP episode or after the end date of the SNAP episode.
Hospital service-care type (QHAPDC) must be code 09 Geriatric Evaluation and Management, 10 Psychogeriatric care, 11 Maintenance care, 20 Rehabilitation care or 30 Palliative care.
Queensland Hospital Admitted Patient Data Collection (QHAPDC):
ADL date is supplied to QHAPDC with each recorded score during a SNAP episode. A set of scores may be recorded multiple times during a SNAP episode, however, only one set of scores may be supplied on the same date for the same clinical assessment tool (ADL type) and clinical assessment tool subtype (ADL subtype).
Some information systems restrict date storage to CCYYMMDD format e.g. Oracle systems.
