Collection and Usage Attributes
Some attributes are restricted to a prescribed list of values, e.g. Facility type (FTYPE).

Facility attributes are individual pieces of information about a facility. For example, name of the facility, whether or not it has an intensive care neonatal unit, facility type, etc. Some attributes apply to all facilities (i.e. facility name, facility type) whilst others may or may not apply to a facility (e.g. licence related attributes only apply to licenced private hospitals).

For further information refer to individual data elements i.e. Facility (name)-formal facility name; Facility-facility type.
Corporate Reference Data System (CRDS) Facility data set:
Shall not be null when Facility attribute (CRDS)-attribute validate value indicator is Y (Yes).
Facility attribute (CRDS)-attribute value requirement shall be M (Mandatory) or O (Optional).
Size shall be greater than or equal to Facility attribute (CRDS)-attribute minimum value length and less than or equal to Facility attribute (CRDS)-attribute maximum value length.
