Collection and Usage Attributes
If the service event is delivered under a contracting arrangement, the providing establishment should record the identifier of the purchasing establishment.
Must be a valid facility code from the Corporate Reference Data System (CRDS) Facility data set.
Facility attribute (CRDS)-attribute type must be code NAPPUR (Non-admitted patient purchaser).
If the service event was performed under a contracting arrangement, then this data element must be provided. Otherwise, maybe blank.
