Facility attributes are individual pieces of information about a facility. For example, name of the facility, whether or not it has an intensive care neonatal unit, facility type, etc. Some attributes apply to all facilities (i.e. facility name, facility type) whilst others may or may not apply to a facility (e.g. licence related attributes only apply to licenced private hospitals).
