Use this code when it is unknown or not possible to determine whether the fetal death occurred intrapartum or antepartum.

Code 9 Not stated/inadequately described
Use this code when the timing of the fetal death is not stated or inadequately described.
Must not be null if Product of birth-perinatal death type data element is code 1 (Stillbirth).
Perinatal Mortality National Best Endeavours Data Set:
In the case of multiple births, this data element should be recorded for each stillbirth.
Code 9 is not intended for use on primary collection instruments.
