The number of sessions where two or more non-admitted patients receive services at the same time from one or more facility staff. Each group is to be counted once, irrespective of size and the number of staff providing services. Where all individuals in the group belong to the same family, the session should be reported as being provided to an individual (1:1 session). In such cases the service is being provided to the family unit and as a result the session should be counted as a single occasion of service to an individual.
