The date for the Multidisciplinary Care Plan should be within seven working days of separation.
Hospital Based Corporate Information System (HBCIS):
Mandatory if Y entered in Multidisciplinary Care Plan Flag field.
Mandatory if admission type is 21 or 09.
Hospital Based Corporate Information System (HBCIS):
- Attempting to bypass this field when Y is entered in the Multidisciplinary Care Plan Flag field swill display the prompt: "Field xx must contain data."
- Attempting to file this screen without entering a value in the Multidisciplinary Care Plan Date field when Y is entered in the Multidisciplinary Care Plan Flag field will display the following prompt: "Multidisciplinary Care Plan Date field xx mandatory when data entered in Field xx." Pressing ENTER will take cursor to the Multidisciplinary Care Plan Date field for entry of a date.
