Emergency Data Collection (EDC):
Data element is not blank.
Data element is a valid date and time.
Must be after Emergency department stay-presentation date/time and Emergency department stay-triage date/time where not null, and on or after Non-admitted patient ED service episode-episode end date/time where not null.
Record the physical departure date/time using the full date and leading zeroes where necessary. Time is to be provided in 24 hour format.
