Must not contain unidentified characters/symbols.
If not null then a minimum of 10 characters should be supplied.
Mobile telephone numbers should:
- be a minimum of 10 numeric characters if supplied (an international number should not be entered)
- not include non-numeric characters (dashes, brackets or a prefix). For example: +419-531-888.

Where a person has multiple mobile numbers record the preferred mobile number for contact.
The collection of the telephone details of a person is desirable for follow up and to facilitate the conduct of satisfaction surveys at a later date.
