Collection and Usage Attributes
The number of days is calculated by subtracting the Outpatient clinic service request-receipt date from the hospital Census date. The waiting time calculation includes weekends and public holidays.

Any days the patient's clinical urgency category is 'unclassified' (up to a maximum of five working days) are excluded from the waiting time calculation.

Any days the patient was not ready for care are also excluded from the waiting time calculation.
The number of days cannot be a negative number.
