Collection and Usage Attributes
A Telehealth session begins when a successful connection via videoconference systems is established between participating sites.

A successful connection between videoconference systems is when real-time audio and visual information is transmitted and received by videoconference systems involved in a Telehealth session and interactive real-time activity commences.

In cases of unplanned disconnection and successful reconnection between videoconference systems, a Telehealth session is considered to be continuous.
Must be before the Telehealth session end date/time.
Must be a valid date.
Hospital Based Corporate Information System (HBCIS):
The Telehealth session start date/time must be on or after the admission date/time of an admitted patient episode of care and on or before the separation/discharge date/time of an admitted patient episode of care. In the Telehealth Inpatient Details HBCIS screen the start date is in DDMMMYY format.
All admitted patient Telehealth activity is recorded by the Queensland Health facility where the patient is admitted.
