Collection and Usage Attributes
All facility codes are numeric with leading zeroes (e.g. "00123").
Queensland Perinatal Data Collection (QPDC):
Must be null when Product of conception-feticide performed indicator is code 1 (No).
Must not be null when Product of conception-feticide performed indicator is code 2 (Yes).
Queensland Perinatal Data Collection (QPDC):
Perinatal death information is obtained from the Cause of Death Certificate - Form 9 and Perinatal Supplement (to Cause of Death Certificate) - Form 9A from the Registrar General.
