Collection and Usage Attributes
Currently, all Queensland birth centres are attached to hospitals and thus are not coded under non-hospital births. Note that birth centres have separate facility numbers to the hospitals to which they are attached. Babies born before arrival (BBAs) are allocated the facility number of the hospital where the perinatal data form is completed.
