Collection and Usage Attributes
This is a multi value field, and may be used as an indicator for the Baby Friendly Health Initiative to obtain accreditation from World Health Organisation.

Breast milk/colostrum includes breast milk/colostrum received directly from the breast as well as expressed breast milk/colostrum received by syringe, cup or enteral tube.

Infant formula refers to commercially prepared formulas that adequately meet the nutritional needs of the newborn.
Queensland Perinatal Data Collection (QPDC):
If code type = D then:
Validated against a list of type of fluid the baby received at any time from birth to discharge if not blank.
Record must not exist if Birth event-fluid received any time prior to discharge indicator is 1 (No fluid) or 9 (Not stated/unknown).
Record must exist if Birth event-fluid received any time prior to discharge indicator is 2 (Fluid received).
Must be blank if Birth-birth status is 2 (Stillbirth (fetal death)).
Must not be blank if discharge status for the baby is 4 (Remaining in).
Only applicable for live births.
