This may be required as an indicator for the Baby Friendly Health Initiative to obtain accreditation from World Health Organisation.

This includes babies who are fed expressed breast milk/colostrum, formula, water or other fluid from a bottle.
Queensland Perinatal Data Collection (QPDC):
Code 9 should only be assigned internally by QPDC.
Only applicable for live births.
