Code 02 Artificial insemination
The method of assisted conception used was Artificial Insemination by the Husband or male partner (AIH) or Artificial Insemination by a Donor (AID). Includes Intra-Uterine Insemination (IUI), Intra-Vaginal Insemination (IVI), and Intra-Cervical Insemination (ICI).

Code 03 Ovulation induction
The method of assisted conception used was Ovulation induction. Ovulation is induced by pharmacological therapy such as Clomid.
