Corporate Reference Data System (CRDS) Facility data set:
All CRDS Facility data set tables contain an audit date field (AUDIT_DATE) which is autopopulated by the application. The audit tables contain all versions of a record prior to the current version.
- For an insert transaction, there is one audit record showing the values on the original record.
- For each update transaction, there are two audit records: one shows the state of the record before the change and the other after the change. Both have the same audit date.
- For a delete transaction, there is one audit record.
