Code 646 Addiction medicine - AODS

Code 611 Termination of pregnancy - medical - no or unknown fetal abnormality
Use of drugs alone to induce termination of pregnancy where the reason for the termination is not a fetal abnormality or it is unknown whether there is a fetal abnormality or for reasons other than fetal abnormality. The following may occur during the service event:
- administration of drugs alone (including feticide) to induce termination of pregnancy
- supply of drugs to induce termination of pregnancy for the patient to take at a later time
- supply of a prescription for drugs to induce termination of pregnancy for later dispensing for the patient to take at a later time.

Exclusions:
- Consultation only regarding termination of pregnancy (CCC 345)
- Follow up consultation post termination of pregnancy (CCC 345)
- Termination of pregnancy - medical - fetal abnormality (CCC 612)
- Termination of pregnancy - surgical - no or unknown fetal abnormality (CCC 613)

Code 728 Child Health - home support
Specific home visit programs that provide extra help to families with new babies. These programs are currently delivered by Children’s Health Queensland and Gold Coast Hospital and Health Services.

The following CCC definition is based on the definition provided by Allied Health Professions Australia (https://ahpa.com.au/allied-health-professions/exercise-physiology/ ) and has been reviewed by a Queensland Exercise Physiologist to suit the services provided in Queensland.

Code 297 Exercise physiology
Accredited Exercise Physiologists offer a range of services which include behavioural coaching, health education, exercise counselling and physical rehabilitation. Services include the prescription and supervision of tailored exercise programs, incidental activity, and counselling to reduce sedentary behaviours. This will include an assessment to ensure the activity is safe, effective and likely to be maintained in the long term. Exercise Physiologists apply their skills within chronic diseases, sub acute and post acute services, including prehabilitation and mental health programs.

The following CCC definitions have been provided by the Advancing Kidney Care 2026 Information Stream Project, Healthcare Improvement Branch and have been approved as part of Queensland Health data standards Kidney care-home haemodialysis type (event) and Kidney care-home haemodialysis type (census).

Code 524 Home - Haemodialysis - standard prescription
Patients undertaking this modality are assumed to be dialysing every two days, which equates to seven sessions per fortnight or an average of three and a half sessions a week, or part thereof with an average duration of five hours per session.

Code 525 Home - Haemodialysis - extended hours
Patients undertaking this modality are assumed to be dialysing for a longer duration, or more frequently, than the standard home haemodialysis prescription.
Queensland Health Non-Admitted Patient Data Collection (QHNAPDC):
Must not be blank.
Hospital Based Corporate Information System (HBCIS):
Corporate clinic codes (CCC) are mapped from local clinic codes which are established by Queensland public hospital outpatient clinics within non-admitted information systems.

Queensland Health Non-Admitted Patient Data Collection (QHNAPDC):
Align the local clinic code to the CCC based on the service provider type and service type provided.
Non-admitted care provides a consistent framework for counting non-admitted patient service events for statistical, costing and funding purposes.
