The Change to a Licence to Operate a Health Facility Data Supply Requirement (DSR) provides details of how a private health facility can change their licence to operate based on bed numbers and room designations.

To give private health facilities a better understanding of the information that is required to be provided to the Department of Health (DoH) when changing a licence to operate a health facility.

Depending on the scope of the change there may be two steps involved in this process.  Sometimes the private health facility will receive initial approval followed by a site visit for 'operational approval'.
